The fact that they looked up so many sources makes it seem real legit to me. The news videos were from widespread videos and all of the major news stations and the phyics that they used is 100% correct. The trickey thing about history is that the truth can usually only be found through a variety of sources, and then the sources must be interpreted without the biases of the researcher or hindsight influencing the interpretation of how people thought then. The other problem is that people like to see things in black and white, even though most things happen in a realm of gray. For example, the idea that colonists used biological warfare in an attempt to exterminate Native Americans. In reality there is one documented instance of Native Americans being given small pox blankets (not a wide-spread campaign), incidentally they were ineffective, because small pox could not be spread in the manner that was attempted. The Columbus thing is based off of reports sent back to the highly religious government in Europe that they were working to convert Natives to keep government support coming. In reality Columbus' main goal was to make money, with everything else coming second. The Roosevelt situation came about, because the US had cracked the Japanese code and been intercepting messages, however the sheer volume of information in addition to the ambiguity around which the Japanese discussed their plans about Pearl Harbor most likely made it next to impossible to pinpoint Pearl Harbor as the place, much less the date, time, and means of attack.
They are usually over-simplified extractions from a kernel of truth. Too many people only want simple, one-line answers, it seems, and so these things are easy to pass on to the voluntarily dimwitted.

However, it would be extremely hard to prove outright fraud on a claim involving Sick Building Syndrome. SBS does not affect all persons in the building in the same manner and if she has legitimate medical issues that could be attributed to SBS her claim could be successful. Since the symptoms often tend to subside once the person is removed from the source of the problem, observing her out in public may not reveal any outright fraud.





At the worst, her claim would be denied and that would be the end of it.

First of all, each pregnancy is different and each woman is different. W/ my daughter, I had symtoms bizarrely early...but I didn't believe them b/c I was afraid of getting my hopes up. W/ my son, I had really sore, tingly breasts the day my period was due, but nothing else for quite awhile. I couldn't believe I was pregnant despite 25 days of elevated temps after ovulation, 2 pos HPTs, and 1 post blood test.





I've never actually heard anyone I personally know say they had a false positive. I think some ';false positives'; might be early miscarriage. The test was positive, but then they had a period a few day later and assumed the test was wrong. Other than that, there are evaporation lines possible if the test is read hours after the proscribed time frame. Fertility drugs containing HCG and certain rare disease can cause a true false positive.

Yes that's what it says. There's no way you got a false positive. Congrats.
YEs there can be a false posiitive, but in order for that to happen you need to read the back of the lable on the test and it will tell you which drugs can effect the results. Other things such as P.C.O.S, and horomonal imbalances can also alter results. But, in any way you put it, the horomone the test detect is in your body so go ahead and make that ob appointment and enjoy. False positives are very rare and usually happen over and over with once being the real thing.

There are can false positives. But it is usually 99.9 for sure you are pregnant.
I have heard of some false positives with the dollar tree brand of tests, but other than that not really. They are very accurate. If anything there might be more false negatives. I know women who were definitely pregnant and could not get a positive on an hpt to save their lives. So, I would say if you got a positive, it is positive. Congratulations!

keep detailed records of things that happen between you and them. you will have to be able to establish proof, knowing what happened, when where how, etc. will add to your credibility. if it has done real damage (counseling, problems for the kids due to this) you may be able to at sue them in small claims court for intentional infliction of emotional harm. but you do need to establish proof as to how this is the case, hence, taking notes, recording conversations, etc. in order to provide proof.
