What foods or medication can cause a false positive drug screen for THC?

The prescription medication Marinol contains synthetic THC, and would consequently produce a positive result on a drug test for THC. The prescription medication Sativex, currently sold only in Canada, also contains synthetic THC, and would consequently produce a positive result for THC. Neither of those would be a ';false positive'; in that they are both produced by THC, but they can be taken legally with a valid prescription, and so a prescription for either of these medications would excuse the positive THC test.

To the best of my knowledge, there are no compounds besides THC itself that would produce a positive result on a THC test. THC is not found naturally in any food products, and is not found in any over-the-counter medications or dietary suppliments. What foods or medication can cause a false positive drug screen for THC?
none except pot. Just accept it and don't say the test is wrong (I see this ALL the time... the test is NEVER right according to any patient...)What foods or medication can cause a false positive drug screen for THC?
I failed a drug screen that say,s I was duirty for THC I do not understand how HELP ME kelliekell42@hotmail.com
I think none. I know poppy seeds can be misconstrued as an opiate, b/c that happened to my puritanical stepmom after a sunday brunch!
Hash Brownies, LOL! THC doesn't show up in a drug screen unless you're using. Poppy seeds can show positive for opiates, but that's about it.
THC is a very very specific chemical with a specific molecular structure. You can't ever get a false positive testing for it, there's no way. By the way, every drug/chemical has a different pathway in the body. Some drugs stay longer in the body than others. So I guess I'm saying that, THC can stay pretty long in your bloodstream and you'd test positive days after. You can't trick a drug test, it's based on human physiology and chemical properties.
