Time and distance show the speed at which your false friends walk away from you. Do you agree?

Yeah, in the end (whenever the ';end'; is... haha) you definatley find out who your real friends are.

but sometimes, something will happen when you need lots of support and you'll know who your real friends are.Time and distance show the speed at which your false friends walk away from you. Do you agree?
Yes and no.

If you are 'youth' (i.e. teens, early twenties) you will find there are many parallel paths you share with others. This 'simpatico' sensation lets you believe people are friends when they are actually friendly acquaintances.

I've found it common that many of those acquaintances and the mutual parallel paths have a natural lifespan of about 18 months. These 'friends' merely go off in another direction from yours.

So definition of friend vs. friendly acquaintance should be pondered.

It is also generally known the number of lifelong understanding and friendships you do develop will number to a handful of people. If these are true, that small number already means you are rich in friends.

Don't dis the friendly acquaintances who have diverged away from you.

You diverged away from them too.
