best thing is to contact authorities, as somebody said earlier, anonymously and make sure u don't give him any hint u did it

The govt might do data-matching and find that an unusually high number of people are registered at the same address.
Well why don't you tell this person to move out or better still inform the police if you are unhappy about your address being misused for any purposes.





Personally, i'd be looking for another property - i'd feel too unsafe knowing that these same people may target me later on if i were to cause problems for them. But that's just me.





Your really should inform the authorities rather than deal with it yourself - you don't know how this person may react and it's best to keep youself safe.
